What to bring
Notarization takes a few minutes when you arrive prepared. Four things to know before you come in.
Bring the document unsigned
Do not sign it beforehand. A notary must witness the signature, so signing early means the document has to be reprinted.
Bring valid photo ID
A current, government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, state ID or passport. The name must match the document.
Bring every signer
Everyone signing must be present in person with their own ID. We cannot notarize a signature for someone who is not in the store.
Call ahead if it is urgent
Call 954-800-SHIP before you travel to confirm a notary is on site for the time you plan to arrive.
Florida statute caps notary fees per signature. Our rate is set at or below the statutory maximum.
